1. Digital Products

Most of our services involve the creation and delivery of digital embroidery files. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, refunds are handled according to the conditions outlined below.

2. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before our digitizing or design work has started.

• Orders cancelled before production begins may be eligible for a full refund.
• Once production has started, the order cannot normally be cancelled because our designers have already begun working on your project.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered if:

• We are unable to complete your order.
• The delivered file is significantly different from the approved order details.
• A technical issue caused by our work cannot be corrected after reasonable revision attempts.
• Duplicate payments were made for the same order.

Each refund request is reviewed individually to ensure a fair outcome.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Completed embroidery digitizing files delivered as requested.
• Custom artwork created according to customer instructions.
• Orders with incorrect information provided by the customer.
• Requests made after the customer has approved the final design.
• Design changes requested after delivery that differ from the original order.

5. Free Revisions

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If your embroidery file requires minor adjustments due to a production issue or an error on our part, we will make reasonable revisions at no additional cost.

Examples include:

• Stitch density adjustments
• Minor lettering corrections
• Small sizing adjustments
• Underlay or pull compensation improvements
• Thread path optimization

Major redesigns or changes to the original artwork may require a new order or an additional service fee.

6. Fashion Design Orders

For custom fashion design or dress development services, refunds are not available once design work has begun.

If you identify an issue with the delivered design, please contact us. We will review your concerns and work with you to achieve a satisfactory solution whenever possible.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To help us produce accurate results, customers should provide:

• High-quality artwork or logos
• Correct embroidery dimensions
• Required file format
• Fabric or garment details
• Accurate spelling and text
• Any special instructions before production begins

Errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer may not qualify for a refund.

8. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital files due to email delivery problems or technical issues, please contact us.

We will resend your completed files at no additional cost after verifying your order.

9. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team with:

• Your order number
• Your name
• A detailed explanation of the issue
• Supporting images or screenshots, if applicable

We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

10. Processing Time

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

After approval, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
